The conversation around trans rights in this country is in a state of, let's say, tremendous agitation. People are being made to feel afraid that transequality will mean less rights for them somehow. The fall of row affects women, non binary people and transe people. This isn't hard. We're all working together. Nobody's getting into anybody's way. And as a result, the basic plea for inclusion, equality under the law, bodily autonomy, freedom from violence, is drowned out by a tidal wave of bad faith, bulshit arguments.

Trans people have existed as long as, you know, people have.
