The Risk of Divergence in the International Payment System

Abbustin Carson: I haven't seen much change of the dominance of the dollar and I think that will continue. There are some definitely there are some conflicts around the world but by and large I see the payment systems very strong. No so I mean at least in the face of major conflicts yes there has been some isolated manifestations of problems  that are sort of obvious even in nature of the conflict.
