Putin's Russia: A War Criminal's Decision
We're not telling South Africa what their foreign policy should be. But Putin is a war criminal, he has been convicted or he's being prosecuted by the ICC. The vast majority of countries, 140 plus, have voted against Russia in the two resolutions that we've put forward. And some countries have made the decision to abstain and they have to explain that themselves.
