Bridge Deck - What Is It?
We take bridge debt on to some of our projects because we know it'show short. It's not meant for permanent financing. And they don't lend on debt service covers ratio. They lend em more of what's called a debt yield and projection. We can get five and a half % interest rate on bridge debt, but it change every month. Could that change in the future? So we definitely take fixed rate tat time.
