The Cost of Writing a Book
Only a very few of the ideas that might be being tried out in the world and so on end up bearing this particular type of fruit. People don't go in and write books that they don't fundamentally believe in or something. But at the same time, what we are getting is like there's just a very high cost that has been worn by someone in order for this artifact to exist - even in the case of the worst imaginable book.
