There has historically and certainly since the Fukushima disaster been a strong opposition to anything nuclear. But at the same time, energy bills have been rising, particularly since Russia's invasion of Ukraine. And I think the opposition to nuclear power is slowly softening. There are signs that the public are more accepting now of water being released at the Fukushima plant. That's somewhat cheers Japan's nuclear industry, which is still recovering from the disaster.
