Having the data, like combined with the action, the out, the outcome really helps as well, like onboard new team members and give context to others. And I think it definitely also empowers the team that are actually building the certain features and functionality. So, okay, we're building X and this is why. It's not just like a feature request that's come from the CEO. It's really from the voice of our customer. This is what they're telling us, like, um, allows you to empathize a lot better.
