Pragotian Is the Face of Wagner
The man who actually founded Wagner was Dimitri Uthkin, a lieutenant colonel in the GRU. He joined this private military group called Moran security and then he would move to Slavonic cops. This is two years ahead of Putin's formal decision to send troops to Syria at the beginning of the civil war. In 2013, Slavonic cops deployment in Syria, they suffered losses and they had to pull back. And in 2014, the military Uthkin formed Wagner as a new private military organization.
