Is There Any Conversation About Social Care?

I think our politics is really bad at dealing with long-term problems. The only issues where we've avoided that problem are ones where we've been able to generate a cross-party consensus. So on climate change, for example, the two parties have broadly been in the same place. And all we're doing each year is throwing a bit more money at a broken system. But meanwhile, what's fallen away if it was arguably ever there at all? Is any conversation about the state of care itself, Gabby? I mean, that's missing.
