What's the Upside of the Gajacaa Acquisition?

i don't think it's bringing the est imobile, just to be clear. My senses, like idea fay wasn't brought up a single time in these discussions. And i feel like the take to gajacaa, there's some little privacy ting, but like, on a three to five year time line, that'll get worked out. This is just like a little bump in the road, not understanding that was like a funinbak transformation of the industry.
