When we when we hold, even just doing it one time, already brings our nervous system down. So you're trying to extend your exhalations while you have released all the air out. You can go for 15 seconds, 20 seconds, 30 seconds, whatever you're comfortable in this sort of builds up over time. That's when you really feel that jorpt off that surge of inspiration, energy, what have you called it? Something happens inside our system, but then you're really relaxing.
