How to Increase Permussal Training Frequency

It may be prudent to limit incremental increases in the number of sets for a given muscle group to 20 % of an athlete's previous volume during a given training circ over fougt roughly four weeks and then rejust accordingly. Significant hypertrfy can be achieved when training group as infrequently as once per week in lower to moderate volume proticls. There does not seem to be a hypert hyportrophic benefit to greater weekly permussal training frequencies, provided set volume is equated. And with that in mind, an aven one session a week is queribly effective.
