The Case of Chronic Four Years of Thrombocytopenia
On physical exam, she's a young woman. She's anxious appearing. And then her AG&T, her pupils are equally round and reactive to light. There is sclerial ictorous present. Cardiovascularly, she's tachycardic but has no murmurs. Her abdomen is firm and distended but without tenderness or guarding. The jaundice kind of going along with this galorecterus suggests that she had elevated bilirubinemia.
