Is It Down to Governments to Regulate the Real Economy?
The most important thing is reassert a role where they regulate the real economy, and look at what are called externalities. You could pollute the environment and release lots of greenhouse gas omissions, and you continue doing it because it's more profitable. So you want governments to tax carbon the point that it is burned. And i saw first hand that unless government actually does things like putting a ice on carbon, you can't rely on wall street to enough start alligating less money to high carbon imitters.
