The biggest mistakes in Figma are not thinking of scale and building for where the company is at today. It's hard to do this later on, and it's so much easier to do it earlier on, right? Separating components into different libraries gives designers and really engineers better separation for their working groups. The number one thing is just planning out organization of where and how you want to store these components.
