Is There a Difference Between Subs and Subs?

Rotation within the game could either mean a greater spectacle, because you do still have that that higher intensity. Or would it become a worse spectacle? Because in theory, you could have up to ten new players come on the pitch, and the rhythm of the game is completely disrupted. So much to unpackd with this that i don't, i don't really know where to start. And i already feel like trying to find answers, or at least trying to present answers, is a bit of a fool's errand here.
