Boris Johnson - Is Rishi Sunak the Pragmatist?
The DUP is split between pragmatists and hardliners. Rishi Sunak wants to get a deal over the line, but there are operators who might be manipulating what he's trying to do against him as a way of getting back into power. Gitto Harry was Boris Johnson's last Director of Communications at Downing Street. He says that without addressing the downsides of the Northern Ireland protocol, you cannot restore democracy and the institutions that underpin peace in Northern Ireland. If it goes reasonably well, it's still revisiting all those tensions over Brexit.
