Getting Betas Out Early Is a Good Idea

I'm definitely in the category of people who move way too slow and don't release often enough but I am a big proponent of getting betas out there early. It's kind of like design where you know in the early stages of design you're supposed to not do a high fidelity design because then the feedback you get is this color should be this so the font should be this as opposed to it shouldn't work this way at all. Once an app or a feature gets really big it's a lot harder to turn the ship based on feedback and so the earlier you can get that feedback the better.
