In Haiti, for example, we didn't have a ventilator that could produce breaths small enough for a neonatal infant. There's some analogues everywhere you are, but there's some centers of excellence that have these elite level cares. But it's also expertise. Like people who don't deal with children or babies all the time, like when to manage these patients and they can. It's not something they're entirely comfortable with.
