Jean roi's introduction is called self help for data geeks, just say this is purely self help. The confusion tradition in east asia has always been about how do i improve myself? How do i learn better to fit the social roles that i aspire to and become a more cultivated person? You know, it may involve studying caligraphy or something like that. But, om, there'sa, you know, is the great tradition. My bo doesn't pretend it's not self help. It's not for people woun be caught dead reading self help.
