The Great Fear of Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin
Xi Jinping is trying to position himself again as a peacemaker. He was supposed to meet Zelensky, but then because Russia said there's no way you can do that. And therefore, a virtual meeting with Zelensky looks almost like an afterthought. I think the perfect Kocken is only partially correct, in my view.
