Ryan Graves and David Freiva's Testimony on the National Security Flight Safety Threat

I thought there was real power in the Congress hearing the fact from Ryan Graves and Dave Freiva that this is a definite national security flight safety threat for them. There's no scenes, no rivets, no sections. And more importantly, they appear to be operating through some kind of unsanctioned program.
