First Republic - Is That a Good Long Term Story?
Jeff Mills: I've been saying all along, we don't want to be overexposed here. We do have some financial exposure. But heading into a recession, I don't think you want to be overweight banks. And then relative to First Republic, we do own it. It was a really tough day. Net interest margin compression. They're having issues there. $100 is pretty good support and we're pretty close to that level right now.
