So I'd like to talk about maybe a few of the most common patterns of pain that you see with people. The biggest ones is that people in the shoulder climbers have pain with elevation or overhead arm positioning. Most climbers are injured more frequently off the wall than actually climbing so how can we train improve at climbing and be in the gym all the time and not hurt our shoulders?
