"I followed everybody out didn't know the building. Didn't know if i had to get to another fire star well or not," he says. "You see furniture, paper, people being pulled out of the building against their will because of the force,. the pure blunt force, of that collision of plan and building." He adds: "It's gruesome. And you have that second of not knowing what to do".
