If you're going to sleep and waking up at 9 a.m., then you're essentially telling your body the following night that not to get tired until 9 p.m. because of the 12 and 12 hour clock. You also need to take into consideration mother nature, okay, she you need to be waking up with the sun. So what do we do working up to remember it's an Olympic game? We are we're not going to eat. Okay, we're going to have one and a half hours prior to going to bed of not eating. That's because digestion takes 90 minutes. I found three hours for me is the perfect amount.
