In the 60s, we were told saturated fat is the best fuel. We're just at the beginning in the 2000s now to show that omega 3 and 6 rich balanced oils get you more energies and carbs too. I've definitely noticed a difference since I've skewed the fat percentage of my diet way. And really it's not a digestive load. The digestive load usually comes from eating too much oil at any one time or from having liver toxicity because sometimes people feel tired or heavy when they take a lot of oil on an empty stomach.
