Fucking like a goddess is one of the practices you suggest we can do to open up to more love. Just like we commit to a meditation practice, we can commit to a solo sex practice and bring discipline and focus. I found it to be really healing to got to know my body on my own and to feel like i'm making love with god. Andi have had visions of all the many different deities and other presences as i've been in these type of deep, kind of ecstatic experiences with my body and spirit coming together.
