How to Scale Your Business in a New Market

Over 50% of the products that we make here in Switzerland. It goes into our export markets. Our goal must be to produce locally there, right? We just need to build our first production now outside of Switzerland. So that's probably one of the next steps that will come very soon. How do you go into a new market? I think every market is a little bit different and we also had to learn that one.
