The Pilot Program for Mentors
Pilot program aims to educate mentees and help them become more productive contributors. The goal is to use the learnings from this experiment to build a system where any new contributor coming into WordPress gets an opportunity for mentorship. We'll hopefully have at least one cohort in one more cohort in 2023, so that we can see how things go.
