The Column Cosmological Argument Supports Christian Theism

Q: Would you say that similar to Aquinas's line of argument where we can't truly know God but we have God has given us a gift of reason which is the greatest gift of all? A: Yes, very much so Aquinas would say that we can infer things about God from the knowledge of his effects in the world and I would certainly agree with that. But even if we accept the column and the universe has a cause, it is not even remotely and further that causes God let alone one who is deeply personal or omniscient. In this way the argument does not support Christian theism.
