There's not good evidence to suggest that toridal used for a short period of time post-operatively it actually does increase the risk of bleeding am i right about that or no. If patients are unstable or have been bleeding they're at higher risk for being hypovolemic and then we often see a bump in their creatinine. That's the one of the first red flags that people will be like i'm taking it off  it's not worth the risk of having renal dysfunction with it. It has equal efficacy for pain as far as i'm aware of okay.
