China and Russia
China and russia have a strategic partnership allined on values. They're not allies in the western sense, and that they aren't goig to help each other out no matter what. China is very interested in having stronger ties with europe, particularly on trade. But at the same time, china wants to play friendly to a certain extent, with the us. And i'm not sure you can really have it both ways.
