You don't want to put ten properties into one l c. If they sue on the duple, they can reach the other nine properties as well. So you have a duplex in one l c and a four plex in another l c. You also have a brokerage account. You can put that into an l o c as well to get much better protection than holding brokerage assets, gold and silver, et cetera, in your individual name.
