I love that in the first chapter of your book you have sections on compassion and mindfulness. You say experiencing weightlessness in water feels so freeing in contrast to the physicality of mothering. I wondered if you could speak too or perhaps even offer listeners some strategies that you think are most helpful from others or that you've used yourself himself. We're constantly in the newness aren't we? Absolutely absolutely, it's really important for us at all the different stages of our motherhood.
