The Importance of Freedom in America
Punching a random person on the face in the street should be treated as a much more serious crime than you brought up a bar fight or something. You're going to save it all time. That's the goal for everybody. Outways the fundamental liberty interest of average people to live their lives and not be mass incarcerated. I'm making substantive claims about the kind of actions that people think are permissible versus impermissible. And I understand that violence is scary and no one wants, but your interest should never be the victim of violence at all anytime.
