The state pension is going up by record 10.1%, which is good news for a lot of pensioners. The national living wage is going to increase next year by 9.7%. There's still plenty of incentives for electric cars, but it does seem a bit unfair that they're all cruising around on the same roads as everyone else and paying nothing.
