The way you suppress opinion or the way you sort of dismiss other people's opinions makes it hard for people to bring their opinion to the workplace. The highest person's opinion is important because they are calling the shorts. Most founders are risk pickers and should be open to receiving this kind of feedback. And once you receive such feedback, I mean, process it. It's very hard to take feedback.
