Promise was software stolen by the Reagan Air Justice Department from a company called Enslaw Inc. Systematics is important because this is a company that Jackson Stephen controlled. It's also tied up with Rose Law firm, people like Vince Foster, you know, individuals like that. Promise eventually starts to be used by a lot of major banking institutions, including BCCI, also including the World Bank.
