The Importance of Communication on Etsy

I think most people who shop there are looking for one of a kind items. And it's really nice to hear the stories of why somebody wants a certain piece. There's a lot more communication there than there is in any other venue that I've ever had. It's just, it's really fun to know what about a certain piece grabs somebody's attention.
