The Politics of Intention
There's a long tradition of texts being taken out by readers for very different purposes than they are. Dickens is a great example. If you look at Hegel himself, then you can see the philosophy of right in over kind of almost a neoliberalism where certainly a liberal way, but also quite a left winged way as well. I think down in history and that's one of the points I'm trying to raise in the book. It's a difficult point but there are all of these different theories that are connected to historical sectionality and historical scenes.
