Micro Managers - Is There Anything You Can Do About It?
The ones i've experienced personally, generally, were what i call fear driven, technology base micro managers. It was a ial person who got promoted into management thinking somehow it would give m more control over their lives. And the good news is, well, bad news first. The bad news is you can't fix it, cause you're not the problem. Even if you would have done the task, the exact same way the manager would have that only validates their decision.
