What Role Does Technology Play in ESL Teaching?
When I first started teaching, I was just kind of thrown in a room after two weeks training. And I had students from all over the world and they have like different learning habits. For example, if we talk about Asian students, they tend to be shy. They don't want to speak a lot. You really have to encourage them to speak. So yeah, I think you learn through doing and you learn from making mistakes.
