On Line Radicalization in the Wake of the Buffalo Massacre

We're talking this morning a day after the worst school shooting in a decade. Some of the early reporting says the killer used social mediato post pictures of the a r fifteens he used along with other hints that he was going to do this. What are your thoughts though on how we can tect free speech on the internet while still protecting each other from speech that incites violence and extremism?
