Why I Don't Charge More for My Apartments

Not displacing people who grew up in a community is important to me. My tenants tend to stay a long time, which is another reason why i like single families rite my apartments. Because i don't knock them over the head with rent increases, i generally increase rents when my my costs go up,. So blame the city of philadelphia and that tax hike if your rent went up. But for the most part, itend to leave my tenants, i leave, i leave them alone. They stay longer.
