Having More Capacity in the System

The flip side of efficiency is availability. We don't really have a culture where people are around to do things as they come up. So i think the discipline here is to be like, let's not occupy people with everything all the time. And so having that means you don't we yo more capacity. A big part of this is to build hay and base camps simultaneously at a high clip.
