Is There a Moral Obligation?

I think the concept of good there is the concept of welfare, right? That something is good for you. It's not necessarily moral goodness. Seems to me that's entirely compatible with the Divine Command Theory. The other situation is that sometimes our reasons to do things can depend on the coordinate activity of other people. If everybody else is behaving a certain kind of way, or everybody else has internalised a particular kind of rule, then there might be an action that I do which will really benefit people. In fact, there are cases like this. And if it isn't a moral obligation, then why not? What's it missing? So good. There's lots of things in there.
