The Importance of Memories

Fairy tales are solid. They may seem tough, but children understand tough love. And they take those stories, particularly those characters and the memories of them into their lives. This is where the moral imagination is formed. These are images that are stored up. We don't do it consciously. It happens. And we, those memories become analogies by which we can negotiate what happens to us later in life. Those are moral judgments that we're able to make,. moral perception, moral seeing, spiritual seeing, through those metaphors, through those memories. Yes. One good memory. That's very true.
