The Importance of Having People in a Base Location

I don't know your business inside and out enough to give a good answer on that. But I do think having people in a place creates culture. Culture is what creates more sounds and more awareness. And also, when you go to sell your business, one day you will sell it because of if someone's made you an off-fowl or you retire or you die. One of those three things in it are inevitable. And one of them would definitely happen.
