The mathematician worked on the problem for seven years. He didn't want to tell anybody because he was afraid that people find out that he's working on it. The answer seemed to be from a different world from a different area of mathematics so it's very happy but i do remember this moment when suddenly you see that just like you in this case It was literally i had to compile these diagrams with what mathematicians call cohomology groups and spectral sequences and manually calculate some some numbers.
